Read on to learn how THOUSANDS have even REVERSED:

            *Asthma*    *Arthritis*    *Cancer*

           *Diabetes*
*Heart Disease*   *And More...*

                   ...USING FOODS available in your local stores!

While this whole food approach to nutrition does
include eating a fair amount of "live" food, it is
not a "Raw Food" diet.

It does include a lot of fruits (unless contraindicated by specific health challenge) and vegetables but, it is
not a vegetarian or vegan diet.

Following the whole food approach to eating for maximum
health and wellness is
not about a philosophical choice.

Whole Food Nutrition is simply
            the way we evolved or were designed to eat!

Carnivores, meat eating animals, have relatively short, highly acidic digestive systems.

Herbivores, plant eating animals, have long digestive tracts laiden with beneficial bacteria to break down tough plant fibers via fermentation.

Omnivores have a digestive tract that is somewhere in
between with a highly acidic stomach followed by long,
coiled small intestine laiden with beneficial bacteria enabling
them to digest both meats and plants.

We are omnivores!

Our early ancestors evolved or were created with this capacity to survive on almost anything:  meat; vegetation; insects; worms; slugs; and more.

While for basic survival this obviously is a tremendous advantage over more specialized animals, it does not mean we can now eat meats and plants in any proportion we want without health consequences.

Too much meat
on an ongoing basis has signigicant negative consequences for long term health.

This is especially true of red meat, but it also applies to excessive amounts of chicken and fish.

About four ounces or less per day can be part of an overall healthy diet over the long term.
(Indeed my vegan friends, meat is truly not essential at all.
However, this level of consumption can be a healthy part of an overall balanced diet.  This is especially true if it consists of one of the cleaner fishes two to three times weekly and untainted red meat only once or twice.)

Eating too few vegetables also eventually leads to compromised health.

Even the government has wised up enough to recommend
  five to nine servings of fruits and vegetables per day!

Unfortunately, even though a serving is defined as a mere half cup very few people consistently eat that minimum.

While simply meeting the recommendations for daily servings of fruits and veggies is a great step in the direction of dynamic health, it only scratches the surface of their health enhancing potential.

People too often throw away the heathiest parts!

We all know about carbs, fats, proteins, vitamins, and minerals but, the most powerful health enhancing component, phytochemicals, has been largely overlooked.

"Phytochemicals are the key!
They really are... because they act as KEYS on our cellular receptors. Some are structurally similar to Insulin and fill the cells “insulin keyhole” allowing glucose to enter the cells. Other Phytochemicals in the stem of pineapple help activate PHASE-2 ENZYME, which is the primary detoxification process of the human body undertaken by the Liver. It is this phase-2 enzyme that people need to ACTIVATE for a reversal of cancer. The immune system’s army is fully capable of swinging into action. It needs the sparkplugs... And these are the phytochemicals!!"  Jeff Primack, author of Conquering Any Disease

Technically anything made by a plant can be called a phytochemical.

The ones we refer to are not included in the usual nutritional categories and are found mostly in the fibers (i.e. pulp, peel, stem, etc.) and nonpigmented (white/clear) parts of plants.

But we don't digest fiber very well!
Chewing is our primary means of releasing these potent compounds.  Unfortunately, it takes a lot of intense chewing to release many of them.

This may not have been a significant problem in the unpolluted pre-industrial age but, now our environment is far, far more toxic.

Just a couple generations ago there were no pesticides, all food was organic, and there were far fewer power plants and cars spewing pollution.

Now we also have the ubiquitous food additives/contaminants like artificial fats, flavors, dyes, and preservatives.

We need to get more of the phytochemicals out of the fiber and into our bodies to compensate for this dramatically increased toxic load.

The best way to break down the fiber and release the vital phytochemical treasure inside is
high powered blending!

High powered blending is the key to maximizing the health enhancing potential of whole foods!

This requires at least a two-horsepower blender however, it is much more effective with a THREE HORSEPOWER BLENDER

In fact, if your are looking to address existing health challenges this type of blending is absolutely crucial!

THOUSANDS HAVE REVERSED:

*DIABETES*    *HEART DISEASE*    *ARTHRITIS*

 *CANCER*    *OSTEOPOROSIS*     *MIGRAINES*

 *AND MANY MORE...

...USING ONLY FOODS FOUND IN LOCAL STORES AND
   THE PROTOCOLS  IN "CONQUERING ANY DISEASE!!"

**Even if you are relatively healthy and just looking to stay that way you can benefit substantially from high powered blending.**

***We highly recommend everyone incorporate
                          whole food smoothies into their diet
                                  on a daily or nearly daily basis!***

Juicing just won't do!
It concentrates the sugars in the juice and leaves the best parts, fiber and phytochemicals, behind!
And the fiber isn't sufficiently broken down by a juicer, so eating it (in baked goods, etc.) won't do the job.

We haven't even touched on other critical issues:

 The role of diet in the epidemic of chronic,
    silent inflammation causing many diseases;

The surprising truth about fats/oils and
           inflammation, heart disease, weight control, etc.;

    The delicious healing power of
                                      common herbs and spices;

    The astonishing facts about water
                                      and how it can hurt or heal;

    ...And so much more, t
here is too much to cover here!
